INMETCO is a subsidiary of Horsehead Holding Corp. Every year thousands of tons of nickel, chromium, iron, molybdenum and cadmium bearing wastes are recycled by INMETCO.
- INMETCO's High Temperature Metal Recovery (HTMR) Process allows wastes to be recovered, reclaimed and recycled. Long-term landfill liability is eliminated.

INMETCO is the only permitted true recycler of nickel-cadmium batteries in North America using a High Temperature Metals Recovery Process (HTMR).
- INMETCO is in compliance with all applicable regulations of the United States Environmental Protection Agency, the United States Occupational Safety and Health Administration and the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.

- INMETCO accepts a wide range of nickel, chromium, iron molybdenum and cadmium bearing wastes. We began in 1978 by recycling wastes from stainless steel manufacturers known as mill scale, swarf and flue dust. These wastes still make up a large percentage of our various feed stock.
